【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardformsonepartofaseriesofEuropeanStandardsandprovidesthespecificprinciplesandrequirementsfortheassessmentofenvironmentalperformanceofbuildingstakingintoaccounttechnicalcharacteristicsandfunctionalityofabuilding.AssessmentofenvironmentalperformanceisoneaspectofsustainabilityassessmentofbuildingsunderthegeneralframeworkofEN15643-1.Theframeworkappliestoalltypesofbuildingsanditisrelevantfortheassessmentoftheenvironmentalperformanceofnewbuildingsovertheirentirelifecycle,andofexistingbuildingsovertheirremainingservicelifeandendoflifestage.Inthisseriesofstandards,theenvironmentaldimensionofsustainabilityislimitedtotheassessmentofenvironmentalimpactsandaspectsofabuildingonthelocal,regionalandglobalenvironment.TheassessmentisonLifeCycleAssessmentandadditionalquantifiableenvironmentalinformationexpressedwithquantifiedindicators.Itexcludestheassessmentofabuilding’sinfluenceontheenvironmentalimpactsandaspectsofthelocalinfrastructurebeyondtheareaofthebuildingsite,andenvironmentalimpactsandaspectsresultingfromtransportationoftheusersofthebuilding.Italsoexcludesenvironmentalriskassessment.Thestandardsdevelopedunderthisframeworkdonotsettherulesforhowdifferentbuildingassessmentschemesmayprovidevaluationmethods.Nordotheyprescribelevels,classesorbenchmarksformeasuringperformance.NOTEValuationmethods,levels,classesorbenchmarksmaybeprescribedintherequirementsforenvironmental,socialandeconomicperformanceintheclient’sbrief,buildingregulations,nationalstandards,nationalcodesofpractice,buildingassessmentandcertificationschemes,etc.Therulesforassessmentofenvironmentalaspectsoforganizationsarenotincludedwithinthisframework.However,theconsequencesofdecisionsoractionsthatinfluencetheenvironmentalperformanceoftheobjectofassessmentaretakenintoaccount.
