【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandard?providesdefinitionsforthetransmittedfieldcharacteristicsoffocusingtransducersforapplicationsinmedicalultrasound;?relatesthesedefinitionstotheoreticaldescriptions,design,andmeasurementofthetransmittedfieldsoffocusingtransducers;?givesmeasurementmethodsforobtainingdefinedcharacteristicsoffocusingtransducers;?specifiesbeamaxisalignmentmethodsappropriateforfocusingtransducers.ThisInternationalStandardrelatestofocusingultrasonictransducersoperatinginthefrequencyrangeappropriatetomedicalultrasound(0,5MHzto40MHz)forboththerapeuticanddiagnosticapplications.Itshowshowthecharacteristicsofthetransmittedfieldoftransducersmaybedescribedfromthepointofviewofdesign,aswellasmeasuredbysomeonewithnopriorknowledgeoftheconstructiondetailsofaparticulardevice.Theradiatedultrasoundfieldforaspecifiedexcitationismeasuredbyahydrophoneineitherastandardtestmedium(forexample,water)orinagivenmedium.Thestandardappliesonlytomediawherethefieldbehaviourisessentiallylikethatinafluid(i.e.wheretheinfluenceofshearwavesandelasticanisotropyissmall),includingsofttissuesandtissue-mimickinggels.Anyaspectsofthefieldthataffecttheirtheoreticaldescriptionorareimportantindesignarealsoincluded.Thesedefinitionswouldhaveuseinscientificcommunications,systemdesignanddescriptionoftheperformanceandsafetyofsystemsusingthesedevices.Thisstandardincorporatesdefinitionsfromotherrelatedstandards1wherepossible,andsuppliesnew,morespecificterminology,bothfordefiningfocusingcharacteristicsandforprovidingabasisformeasurementofthesecharacteristics.
