【摘要】:ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportdescribesproceduresfordeterminingthecontentsofmostoftheconstituentsofthecementsthatfallwithinthescopeofEN197-1.Inprinciple,themethoddescribedinClause6appliestoallcements,whateverthenumberandnatureoftheirconstituents,butinpracticeislimitedtothecementsidentifiedinTable1.Themethodinclause6shouldbeconsideredtobethemethodofchoiceandisbasedonasequentialselectivedissolutionofthecement’sconstituents,generallyofanunknownnumber,wheretheyarenotavailableseparatelyforanalysisatthesametimeasthecement.Themethodofchoiceenablesthequantitativedetermination(bymass)of:Portlandcementclinker,blastfurnaceslag,siliceousflyash,naturalpozzolans,limestone,silicafumeandsetregulatorsincementsofthetypesidentifiedinTable1.Table1isderivedfromTable1ofEN197-1.Themethodofchoicehaslimitations,asindicatedearlier,andcannotbeconsideredtobeameansbywhichclinkercontentcansimplybedeterminedinisolationfromanyotherconstituent.Clinkercontentisdetermined‘bydifference’andotherconstituentscontain,inpart,mineralphasessimilartothosepresentinclinkerandcancauseinterferencesthatleadtodifficultiesininterpretationoftheresults.Whereapparentlyanomalousresultsareobtained,itisrecommendedthatfurtherinvestigationsareundertakeninaccordancewiththeproceduregiveninSection6.2.5.4.Anyothermethodwiththesameobjectives,andintendedforusewheretheconstituentsareunavailableforseparateanalysis,canbeconsideredtobeanalternativetothemethodofchoicewhenitisshownthat,withappropriatestatisticalvalidity,itgivesequivalentresults.Inindividualcases,wherethelaboratoryhasbeenformallyadvisedthat:?thecementcontainsonlytwoconstituents,themethodisgreatlysimplifiedbecauseitissufficienttodeterminethesetregulatorcontent(R)inordertobeabletocalculatetheclinkercontentbydifference;?thecementcontainsonlythreeconstituents,i.e.asetregulator,clinkerandoneofthefollowingthree:slag,pozzolanaorsiliceousfIyash.Someofthemethodsinclause7arevariationsonthemethodofchoicewhereasothersarebasedonphysicalseparationofconstituentsanddifferentanalyticalprinciples.NOTE2ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportadoptsthefollowinguseoftermsformajorconstituents:?‘Portlandcementclinker’asdefinedinEN197-1isreferredtoas‘clinker’;?‘granulatedblastfurnaceslag’asdefinedinEN197-1isreferredtoas‘slag’;?‘naturalpozzolans’asdefinedinEN197-1isreferredtoas‘pozzolans’;?‘siliceousflyash’asdefinedinEN197-1isreferredtoas‘flyash’;?‘calciumsulfate’asdefinedinEN197-1isreferredtoas‘setregulator’.
