【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61241isapplicabletoelectricalapparatusprotectedbyenclosuresandsurfacetemperaturelimitationforuseinareaswherecombustibledustmaybepresentinquantitieswhichcouldleadtoafireorexplosionhazard.Itspecifiesrequirementsfordesign,constructionandtestingofelectricalapparatus.ThisstandardsupplementsthegeneralrequirementsinIEC61241-0.NOTEIEC61241-14givesguidanceontheselectionandinstallationoftheapparatus.Apparatuswithinthescopeofthisstandardmayalsobesubjectedtoadditionalrequirementsinotherstandards–forexample,IEC60079-0.Theignitionprotectionisbasedonthelimitationofthemaximumsurfacetemperatureoftheenclosureandonothersurfaceswhichcouldbeincontactwithdustandontherestrictionofdustingressintotheenclosurebytheuseof"dust-tight"or"dust-protected"enclosures.Theapplicationofelectricalapparatusinatmosphereswhichmaycontainexplosivegasaswellascombustibledust,whethersimultaneouslyorseparately,requiresadditionalprotectivemeasures.Wheretheapparatushastomeetotherenvironmentalconditions,forexample,protectionagainstingressofwaterandresistancetocorrosion,additionalmethodsofprotectionmaybenecessary.Themethodusedshouldnotadverselyaffecttheintegrityoftheenclosure.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytodustsofexplosiveswhichdonotrequireatmosphericoxygenforcombustion,ortopyrophoricsubstances.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoelectricalapparatusintendedforuseinundergroundpartsofminesaswellasthosepartsofsurfaceinstallationsofsuchminesendangeredbyfiredampand/orcombustibledust.Thisstandarddoesnottakeaccountofanyriskduetoanemissionofflammableortoxicgasfromthedust.
